After making this awesome sauce, we have prepared for you an extra-simple recipe that gives all the flavour of the beet marinara while intertwining it with improbable ingredients creating an wonderful taste. The ingredients are given for 1 person pizza.

 

INGREDIENTS
 
  • 1 Indian naan, plain

  • 2 tbsp of roasted beet marinara sauce

  • 1/4 sweet/bell pepper, sliced

  • Goat cheese, plain

  • 2 tbsp of olives, de-seeded, sliced

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chives, chopped

 
DIRECTIONS

 

  1. Wash, de-seed and slice a 1/4 sweet/bell pepper. If possible choose an orange or a yellow one for a nice constrast with your marinara sauce. Drain some de-seeded olived and slice them in half. Wash, dry and chop some chives.

  2. In a pan, at low/medium heat, warm your naan. When the naan is warm, flip it.

  3. On the warmed face of the naan, spread the beet marinara. Position the sweet/bell pepper slices. Sprinkle the olives halves, some goat cheese crumbs, salt and black pepper (to your taste).

  4. Cover the pan and let it warm and the flavours combine for 5-10 minutes (the cheese must have started to melt without the naan face in contact with the pan starting to get burnt).

  5. Serve in a plate and sprinkle some chopped chives. Close your eyes. Take a bite. And let the miracle happens !
