INGREDIENTS

1 banana, peeled and sliced

1/2 of a papaya

1 tbsp of hemp hearts

1 tsp of tahini

Water
DIRECTIONS

Slice the papaya in half and remove the seeds from the center creating, a little bowl.

Peel and slice the banana into circles.

Mix 1 teaspoon of Tahini with some water to make a liquid paste/dressing to be spread in the center of the papaya.

Layer the banana inside the papaya/on top of the tahini paste.

Sprinkle the hemp hearts on top.

Serve chilled.
