By combining three of the most emblematic tropical fruits with hemp hearts and tahini, you obtain a ridiculously easy to prepare vegan breakfast bowl that will take you through your day and have you crave for breakfast to come again.

This recipe is for 1 serving.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Banana, peeled and sliced

  • 1/2 Mango, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup of papaya​, diced

  • 1 tbsp of hemp hearts

  • 1 tsp of Tahini

  • Water

DIRECTIONS

 

  1. Wash and peel all fruits.

  2. Chop the bananas into circles. Mangoes, and Papayas into squares.

  3. Mix 1 teaspoon of Tahini with some water to make a liquid paste/dressing.

  4. Layer the fruits in your bowl to the order of your preference.

  5. Sprinkle the hemp hearts and the Tahini paste on top.

  6. Serve chilled.
