Chai Grape Shake

 

The Chai Grape Shake is a spicy tart blend filled with healthy nutrients coming from grapes, banana, kefir, almond milk, and dates. This drink is light and won't weigh you down while providing a great amount of probiotics that will boost your immune system. A great mid-day drink to cool down and charge up!

 

Let's Get Blending!

This recipe is for two medium servings.

 

INGREDIENTS
 
  • 1 cup of kefir

  • 1 cup of almond milk

  • 1 cup of grapes (frozen if possible)

  • 1 banana (frozen if possible)

  • 4 dates

  • 2 tsp of chia seeds

  • 1/4 tsp of nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp of cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

 

  1. On your grocery day, save up in the freezer some bananas and grapes for your future Chai Grape Shake.

  2. On your smoothie day, put all the ingredients inside your blending device. Liquid at the bottom, softies in the middle and hard on top.

  3. Run the smoothie preset (if you have any) or blend at full power for 40 seconds.

  4. Pour into a glass (over some ice if your fruits were not frozen) and enjoy on a nice warm day.
